Roolerrad operates on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. 7. Protection Against Damage and Logistical Loss

Transit Damage: Should your fitness or massage equipment arrive with visible damage, compromised functionality, or any defects caused during transit, please contact support@roolerrad.com within 72 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence of the damage. We will expedite a complimentary replacement or a full reimbursement for items damaged during the shipping process.
Stolen or Lost Parcels: Roolerrad is not liable for packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier. If a parcel is marked as delivered but is not in your possession, we recommend initiating an immediate inquiry with the local carrier and inspecting your premises (including secure drop-off locations, mailboxes, or neighbor residences) for the package.
